I have always received fantastic service from this clinic. I have nothing but good things to say about them. And today was no exception. We had our special needs, senior dog put to sleep tonight and the service was just so good I felt like I needed to share my experience. Every aspect of the appointment was exceptional. This is a wonderful store with caring people. I'm from Fort McMurray and was evacuated due to forest fire. Theses nice people booked my dog in and groomed her. I went to pick her up and I'm standing to pay and the nicest lady behind till said there is no charge. She said its the least we can do and their thoughts are with us. I was very grateful and if I lived in Nanaimo they would get all my business. Thank you doesn't seem enough !

I just got a new kitten and needed to get supplies. I didn't really know where to go till I came across this store online. I went right away and was so happy I made the trip into Oak Bay. They have an amazing selection of cat & dog toys, accessories and supplies. I definitely will be coming back here once she grows up a little more. So far this is the best privately owned pet store I have found in Victoria.
