I was so surprised after my visit to this store. I have informed myself and read endless of information about petstores and getting a puppy. We were in search of a hypoallergenic one, good with kids and small breed. We meet a few puppies but I feel in love here. The staff were so nice, welcoming, knowledgeable, kind, humble. I wasn't intimidated like I have been in the past with other breeders and rescue places. They let us take the dogs outside, play with them and spend as much time as we needed. They answered all of our questions and more!!!
Unfortunately, I am heart broken because my hubby had an allergic reaction and we won't be able to get a dog at all. We tried almost all the "hypoallergenic breeds (Labradoodles, poodles, yorkie, havenese)" and no luck.
If something ever changes and with some miracle he is better with dogs I will come back and get my dream dog here!!! Thank you!!!

Rascals is such a treasure! From the moment you walk in the door you are warmly greeted and made to feel you and your business are very appreciated. THESE GUYS ARE GREAT!! We have shopped at both locations upon moving to the Tsawwassen area last year. We love the selection of products, and if they don't have it, they'll always order it. Their prices are superior to any other store we've been to, and my husband and I enjoy the "family biz" atmosphere. They always greet our dogs (a border collie and a lab x) and offer a cookie. Pets N Us is a high point in our dogs' day! Would recommend them to anyone!

Dr. Anderson is an excellent, knowledgeable, experienced vet. Extremely informative, patient, and caring, he is willing to discuss any concern you may have for your pet. Hes also very funny! Veterinary hospitals are private hospitals mind you, and vet bills can be expensive if pet owners do not practice preventative medicine for their pets. I think Dr. Andersons fees are reasonable (cheapest check-up fee around for a cat) and he goes above and beyond teaching good pet care.

Took two big dogs to the Bosley's in Trenant Park Square in Ladner today to bathe them. Was very impressed with the staff as they were extremely helpful and friendly. And, the dog washing area was clean and had everything I needed - including treats for the dogs! (One dog does NOT like getting into the bath). Highly recommend!
