Specs Appeal saved my life!!!!!!. I lost my glasses on a job site I called them right away because I have dealt with them for years they ordered my frames and lens and had them with in a week and a half thank god because I rely on them for everything I have recommended them to everyone I know .

I have been using Hakim Optical for about 10 years now to fill my prescriptions for glasses and they have always given me excellent service. The frames are very stylish and I most times end up buying 2 at the same time with the many deals they have. I have become friends with the staff, in particular Vicky, who is very charming and gives me excellent customer service. I found some Maui Jim sunglasses on the internet, then asked The Eye Shoppe if they could order them. The service rep said they would with no obligation to purchase. I loved the one pair and they ordered my progressive prescription sunglasses. They arrived within one week and are lovely. With a few minor adjustments they fit beautifully. The service was amazing by both the service rep and Anil the Optician.

I stumbled upon Evok as I was walking down King St. and so happy that I did! It's always been difficult for me to find glasses that properly fit my face but I finally found them at Evok!
From the second I walked into the store, the team was absolutely wonderful, even offered me a tea! They have the option to put through your benefits in their system as opposed to me having to do the work at my office AND they shipped me my glasses (I don't live in Toronto).

Excellent. Hanna and Steven (Stephen?) really know their stuff. Bought glasses from them 5 months ago. Today I went in because my frames were a little bent because I fell asleep in them. Stupid me. Steven fixed them right up and while he was at it changed the nose pads that I didn't know needed changing. This is service beyond service. Very impressed and very satisfied.
