I bought a new frame from this store of Londonfog, and I am really happy with it. Frame is really of excellent quality and price was also good. The lady named Kaur really helped me a lot in choosing the frame. Services provided by them are of excellent quality. I highly recommend others to visit this store. Wonderful, attentive and helpful staff. You cant beat their prices and selection. Prices are reasonable I found they were atleast 1/4 less than anything I had tried on at their competitors. Great selection of frames. Rather then having to search for a frame to suite my face, I had a hard time finding one that looked bad.

I have been going here for over 5 years and I love the lady at the front desk she is very accommodating and helpful. I found the optometrist to be thorough but also quick as mentioned in other comments. However, I commented on this and he said he knows people don’t have all day so he is efficient with the eye exam. Places that take an hour don’t mean it’s BETTER just BUSIER. I liked the quick service was in and out in an hour with glasses picked out.

I bought a glasses for my child , they confirmed the delivery in 3 days - no news for a couple of days later - after calling couple of times , the lady was so rude and she just said they are busy and cut the phone while we were still asking her questions ! Really pathetic customer service .

I am petite and have a difficult time finding frames and at Crown Opticians, I always find frames which fit comfortably and love!
Mark and Andrea are very patient and seem to always know what I'm looking for.

This place has really good selection on frames. I felt I was always assisted by a whole team of people to support me. Ultimately you sit with the (very knowledgable & reasonable) manager Amir to settle the deal. I am delighted to be able to benefit from their present special (2 for 1) and got two pairs of glasses for the price of one. The price I paid seemed very competitive and was only slightly more than I paid at Costco but was so worth it considering the personal approach!
