This is the best grocery store in the area. The store is well stocked, clean, and well lit. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Online order pickup is extremely easy, they are very open and communicate very well when they need to make substitutions, which is rare.
I shop here for all of my groceries and have never had an issue with earning or redeeming my points.
The parking lot is easily accessible from two entrances and is well maintained even in the winter months.

Always a great experience and the staff are amazing. I've been using their pickup service since day one that they introduced it and I'm always happy with what I receive. (Though, I do wish they'd keep No Name Frozen Diced Onion stocked - its a staple for cooking!)

I love shopping at the Independant, EVERYONE, from those that stock the shelves, to those on cash, and everyone in between, are so friendly, polite and courteous it’s ALL done with a smile. I’ve never left the store feeling anything but satisfied. They deserve a great big HUG. I could go on about everything else and how they help me but I’ve only got 500 characters. Excellent products at good prices; convenient location and parking. Some reviews say they don't have flyer items, but I've very seldom ever experienced that. Nice size, well laid out and easy to find stuff. Their produce is excellent; maybe because they obviously sell a lot, it doesn't have time to get old. PC Express pickup is efficient and easy; and I usually get everything ordered. Staff are usually pretty good, although they are likely short-staffed as everybody is these days.

This is by far the best No Frills I have ever been to. It is clean, well stocked, the staff are friendly and helpful, the produce is fresh and very impressed with the butcher and meat; well-priced and the quality is better than the 2 Metros in the area. Always shop here and I have shopped at the other No Frills in Etobicoke, Rexdale and Woodbridge. Hands down a great store.
