Brought my truck in to get looked at, fogured it was a CV and a u joint problem, went home early afternoon gotna call it was all fixed, broken front axel, saved alotnof money to just do the whole axel as it was both, the cv and u's, fantastic service as well! Newish to PG and definitly gonna be my auto repair choice!

I had my car repaired at Craftsman Collision in Quesnel. The staff (Shannon and Ryan) are the best people I have experienced in any bodyshop before. They are professional, friendly, responsible and caring. I got my car back in a timely manner. I highly recommend them if you need a bodyshop. Friendly and fast service. Did not feel taken advantage of but treated fairly. Prices were reasonable. Offered to get used parts to make the fix cheaper and parts were good quality. I appreciated that option.

I really cant recommend this business enough. I have been taking every vehicle Ive owned here, and they are consistently pleasant to deal with, quick to service, and great at communicating. They will break down every item thats needed on the car, and give you all the possible options. I have a road trip tomorrow, and they were able to scan my car and resolve the issue right on the spot- free of charge!

Awesome experience! They were shortstaffed and one of the owners happen to be on site and he stepped up to give a hand so customers weren’t left waiting! I was so impressed! Plus if you’re having another change right now to celebrate the new ownership with every oil change you get a free pair windshield wipers and they’re very nice whole season ones! I would recommend it well worth your time! Thanks Jay, for the great service!
