First of all the front desk staff are amazing- so friendly and genuinely feels like they care. The dentist himself (I only dealt with the male dentist) was so professional and kind- he knew how scared I was to get a root canal but reassured me the whole procedure and was very gentle and caring. After being hesitant about seeing a dentist after a long time away from care, she made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Recently, I had my teeth cleaning done at the Bentall Dental Clinic in Richmond. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the lovely ladies at the front. They were very welcoming and full of positive energy. I'm usually nervous visiting the dentist especially a new place but it was a fun and relaxing experience. My dental hygienist was very personable and attentive and ensured I was comfortable at all times. She was very thorough with the cleaning and I knew I was in good hands. I then met with one of the dentists to conduct my first visit evaluation and both him and his assistant were professional and open to answer all my questions. Overall, I would highly recommend this dental office even though you don't live close by. I live in the Fairview area and drove down because I heard the service was excellent and it was true!!
