they have always been friendly and helpful ,only once did they not have my brand in stock ,which for a smoke shop is unexceptable .However if you want a good cigar they have the best stock in town ,they also carry odds and ends such as incense ,lighters ,ect .I like the staff ,i like the service so thats why i shop there all the time .
