Just wanted to say thanks for the great customer service today! My parents had a terrible experience with the horribly rude ladies at the registry in Whitecourt today, and this office did all they could to make sure my parents got what they needed! Well worth the drive!

Pam is one of your service representatives and honestly the world needs more people just like her in it. I lost my D/L and forgot my bank card. I went outside to transfer money to my daughter’s acct and pay with her card, but Pam came out and told me to come inside. She secretly paid for it herself. All of the staff are amazing!! I would not go anywhere else! Thank you Pam, and I will pay it forward as well. You rock!!!!

Went to renew my ID 3/13/2018 in the late afternoon. Hilda helped me and she was awesome. Great customer service. Nice to see that there are still some really good people that work with the public. If I need anything again I would wait in line to be serviced by her.

This registry is fantastic. Was recommended to us & we used it for a legal name change. The lines were quick and efficient. We had (Emma) help us today for almost forty - five minutes. A lot of red tape & paperwork. She was kind, incredibly patient and was thoroughly helpful in explaining the process as we filled out the paperwork.
I would recommend this place to anyone.
