I was having issues with my computer crashing while playing games on Steam & Battlenet. I had brought to another repair shop in the city. After it was there for 9 working days, I picked it up at the cost of $246.00 and not fixed. ( I have to say that they did change out the mother board, so that had to be paid for of course) I brought the computer to Thriftking computer and the owner Bill said leave it with him. I got a call the next day said it was up and running. I Highly recommend this shop.

I had built my computer from scratch, and it wouldn't power. Rather than mess around I took it here in the morning and later that day I got a call outlining the issue (faulty power supply couldn't hold a load). They had a replacement installed, tested, and running when I came in at 4pm to pick it up. The technician even helped set up a custom bios for my unit and showed me the changes. Worth it, and the guy definitely knows what he's doing. :)

These guys have true customer service, have been dealing with them for 5 years now always friendly and they just look after you know one does that anymore!
