My wife and I had issues with the first company we hired to do our windows, so we went on-line to find a company to do our front door.
Anthony was very helpful in selceting the door style, colour and glass options for our sidelights. There were some issues with the colour of the door when it was delivered, but Anthony was very fast to rectify the situation. The installers were very professional and effeciant.
I highly recommend Moncada if you're looking for a new door.
When budget allows I'm going to have them back to do our eavestroughs.

recently had an issue with side window on chevy hhr.went down halfway and stopped.I noticed the sign on victoria park gentleman was just finishing a vehicle.He did a quick check then pulled the door panel and noticed a slight bend on the track,straightened it put panel back on and told me to have a great day.Although it took only a few minutes his experiance and customer service will encourage me to return and recommend this location in the future. thanks dc

The entire process from the very first introduction of the company to the completion of the installation of the windows was very pleasant and not taxing at all. Each step during the process was explained and a follow-up done to assure that we were eased and Had not questions. There was no pressure placed on me to purchase anything. To be honest had no intent to purchase any windows but the presentation regarding the quality of the windows sold me.

I placed an online order and of course ordered the incorrect size of primer. When the owner came to the door with the 1 L can and said you didn’t want this one did you? I felt deflated as I thought he was going to make me purchase that one, he simply said ‘no problem I’ll fix it right now,’ he went inside and came out with the proper one. He charged me the difference and I was on my way. I can tell you I have product sitting in my warehouse that I am not able to return to other big box stores.
