I am totally satisfied with my new windows. The entire process from the very first introduction of the company to the completion of the installation of the windows was very pleasant and not taxing at all. Each step during the process was explained and a follow-up done to assure that we were eased and Had not questions. There was no pressure placed on me to purchase anything. To be honest had no intent to purchase any windows but the presentation regarding the quality of the windows sold me.

The complete experience went excellent. The sales quote experience was great as we received a price that was slightly lower than competition for the same door. All of the people we dealt with were professional, friendly and helpful. The installation was done on time and very well by the technician. I needed a second glass shelf in my bathroom. I brought in a sample shelf to copy. Within 5 minutes they cut and polished an exact copy, and charged me half what I expected. I would recommend them highly.

I placed an online order and of course ordered the incorrect size of primer. When the owner came to the door with the 1 L can and said you didn’t want this one did you? I felt deflated as I thought he was going to make me purchase that one, he simply said ‘no problem I’ll fix it right now,’ he went inside and came out with the proper one. He charged me the difference and I was on my way. I can tell you I have product sitting in my warehouse that I am not able to return to other big box stores.

Last fall we had a glass shower enclosure installed by another company. There were many mistakes made and we were completely dissatisfied. Two other companies refused to fix the problem. We found Continental Mirror and Glass on line and are very happy that we did. They were friendly, helpful, understanding and most importantly they fixed the problem. We only regret that we had not used them in the first place. They will be the only glass company that gets my business in the future.

This business has been the most positive experience working with any contractors. I needed new windows in the entire house. I had a couple of larger companies come out and quotes were unreasonably expensive for a small town house. I was referred to A&W by a friend who had used them.
