I had a fantastic experience at Altum Spa & Wellness! The calming atmosphere and attentive staff, especially Cynthia, made it special. I received one of the best massages ever, and their COVID protocols made me feel safe. I left feeling refreshed and highly recommend this spa for quality treatments in downtown Vancouver!

I had to wait a little the first time I was there but it was worth the wait she was very nice and I loved my haircut. I even got my eyebrows threaded for the first time! It was so painful I was screaming but she thought it was hilarious so that made me giggle... So I was screaming and giggling at the same time... my eyebrows looked beautiful after :-)

When you walk in you're surprised with how beautiful the place is. When getting your hair cut, the stylist and their service is all important more important than the salon, and the best salons attract the best stylists. I've always had a hard time getting a good haircut even at some of the most expensive places in town. Beaute came highly recommended, I got my hair and makeup done and they truly do an amazing job. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely go back.

Super clean and friendly staffs with comfy spa chairs for mani and pedis...My friend and I paid for having wonderful service and inviting atmosphere was very pleased actually it was my very first visit to do main and pedi. Absolutely so happy with my experience at Eclipps. Love the atmosphere and the people that work there. Kym is absolutely amazing, I would recommend her to anyone as she is so caring and goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience. I choose Elan Beauty because after shopping around with free consultations, Tammy was the only one who seemed down to earth, realistic, and honest. She didn't make any false claims or promises.
I rarely write reviews, but feel compelled to write about my entirely positive experience with Elan Beauty. After only four treatments of laser hair removal, I am hair free! All gone! Amazing !
Tammy and her team are very knowledgeable and educated me very truthfully on what to expect. They made me feel very relaxed and well taken care of before, during, and after the treatments. The salon is clean, has other great products to offer, and has an easy online booking system that I found very convenient. Other salons make false promises, charge twice as much, and are not nearly as friendly as Elan. Stop searching, choose this salon, and get an effective treatment that will leave you as happy as I am !
I have also had waxing and electrolysis done here and would highly recommend them these treatments as well.

I can't say enough good things about Morgane's amazing service. I have been getting my lashes from her for a few months now and I am totally addicted! She is great! Knows exactly what I need and always gives me the perfect lashes that last for a long time. I truly don't think I will be able to not have lashes anymore.
Plus she comes to my house and it also forces me to stop and relax for a couple hours.
