    Ozzy is Very friendly and helpful in explaining to us what to do on our furnace when it stop working .services was fair on price since he had to checked on us during weekends.$99 for labor and $110 for parts change.i highly recommend them.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are crooks!!! They charged me $530 to replace on o ring on my water softener. I asked the tech how much the part cost and he refused to tell me. They won't break it down by parts cost and say that they charge per "task". I called Culligan and since I didn't have the part number, they said $5-$45. Even if it was $45 for the part, that means Guardian charged me $485 for the 1 hour of labor it took to install it. Save your self money and go anywhere but to Guardian.

We spent 5 hours diagnosing, sourcing parts, and resolving multiple issues, including a second leak at no extra charge. We hope this clarifies things and are happy to discuss further if needed.

    Technician was on time, very thorough and explained some things to keep an eye on in regards to the furnace for the future. Would definitely recommend and very pleased with the service Gusrdian provided.
