Purolator

I ordered from Amazon and paid extra for 1 day shipping. I was home all day waiting for my package to arrive. They left a delivery notice slip on my door but did not even attempt to ring my doorbell. Thanks Purolator! (Sarcasm)

Bad service!!! I ordered a package from Amazon and stayed whole day just for taking my package. At 7 pm I tried to contact an Purolator agent and he/she said that the driver could not access my building. It is nonsense because he/she just needs to ring the bell. @Amazon: you should stop using Purolator, it makes me really disappointed.

Horrible Service! Do they call their service Courier? I was at home from early in the morning and continuously tracking my shipment. When I checked at 10:50, they updated the package status as "Dec 6, 2016 10:31, Attempted delivery - receiver unavailable". They even didn't knock the door nor leave any notice. It was the first time I was shocked by such garbage service. @Bestbuy, please don't use Purolator for your deliveries.
