I have used them twice for t-shirt orders after they were referred by my brother who also used them. I created an image for a school bbq volunteer shirt and Scott was able to make some changes to it which really made it pop. They were able to get my shirts done quickly and very cost effectively and they look awesome. I used them again for a client outing they are great to work with and came through again. They will now be my go to guys! I have no problem recommending them
I will soon have bought jerseys from them on two occasions. I contacted them online and told them what I was looking for, they made mock ups for me and when I was satisfied they delivered a great product that lasted our team 5 years (could have lasted longer). We are in the process of getting our next batch of jerseys and needless to say I am happy with the customer service and Im sure ill be more than happy with the product.
Have used them a couple of times but never again. Messed up both orders. Despite this, they seem to think that simply reprinting the order is enough, even though it is now 2 weeks overdue. When you don't have your team uniforms in time for the season I think they might try to at least keep you happy. They seem to be ok with throwing away business - and any potential business that person might have directed their way. I'm done with this place.
