I am a landlord that has had the misfortune of bed bugs and roaches. After hiring other companies, due to timing,in which they did not resolve the issue and were fully paid, I contacted Dave, owner of Paramount Pest Control who was extremely helpful during this very stressful period for both myself and my tenants. He was a true professional who knew his job and how to interact with the tenants explain the procedures and the different stages throughout the treatments.Ty Dave for all your help!

4 Appointments missed in 4 days

Perhaps the worst customer service I've ever received in my life. Four appointments missed over 4 days. On Tuesday, he called to cancel because he claimed someone broke into his truck. On Wednesday, an hour after he was supposed to arrive he called to say that he was stuck in Kingston. On Thursday, complete no show. No call either. On Friday we called (he was already late)and he said he was on his way. He never showed, didn't call, nothing. Totally untrustworthy.
