Dr Dan's Computer Repair

I took a t440 to him that had problems (4 bleeps etc). They looked it over for free, told me the possible price, and fixed it. Also advised putting in a solid state HD which was a great idea. Im writing this a year later. They are honest, competent, friendly and professional. Answered all my qq. I will go back to them. In comparison a Westdale shop I phoned, before Dr. Dan, was so rude after I asked a couple of qq. about what they were going to do that I decided never to try the other shop.

Anis at Dr. Dan's Computer Repair provided excellent customer service with expert advice. Even though he spent time examining my laptop, he did not charge me for his consultation. I would return to Dr. Dan's in the future and recommend the store for any laptop/computer repair.

- took 2 laptops to Dr Dan after reading these reviews; 1 for a system restore and 1 that was non-functioning - the non-functioning laptop seemed problematic but Dr Dan stuck with it and diagnosed and fixed the problem - I found him to be friendly, knowledgeable and very, very helpful - thanks Dr Dan, you have earned my future business

I feel fortunate ...

I feel fortunate to have met Dan and his associate. Within one hour of dropping off our MacBook Air, the problem was resolved! We had made 2 trips to Apple with no success. No making an appt online, no waiting for 4 days to speak with someone. I would highly recommend them and share with friends. So happy! Donna
