Spa Bellissa

It is such a pleasure to have my hair done by an expert stylist and pedicure by a well-trained technician in a gleaming new facility. All of these come together and offer an unforgetable experience at Spa Bellissa and Salon. I'm getting more than my money's worth, that's for sure, and loving every minute.

I am appalled at the customer service that I have just received from this company .I received a gift voucher(spa package) with many salon services.I was told these were oversold to the community to book appointments, told the services listed were unable to be completed of services because of unqualified staff,and denied the only service that I had left to use because of the stylist terrible customer service attitude by my dissatisfaction concerns .Unbelievable poor treatment!!!!

very nice atmosphere, the person giving me my pedicure was very nice and it was a very enjoyable experience I will definitely go there again.

WORST BUSINESS EVER

Horrible business would write the full story but there's not enough space in here to allow it. Long of short bought a deal and the spa will not validate it nor give me my money back. I am not the only one in this situation. Hopefully will find many others so that we can take action against this poorly run place. STAY AWAY!!!

I booked an appointment at this spa, arrived for the appointment to find that the place was closed. I repeatedly asked them by email and voicemail to phone me to rebook, but they did not call. They emailed me back and told me to cancel my groupon. This business will not last.
