CSR Computer Services & Repair

Bill of Computer Service and Repair has been scamming me along for 8 months. Couldn't get my computer back till now, returned moneys owed with bad cheque, won't communicate, computer returned with all data erased and though he says he backs everything up and he will find it, a week later, still nothing. Front glass face fell off three times and present computer has it taped on and I'm afraid to take it off! Web page says downtown shop but it's a lie. Don't trust this service.

i was having an issue with the wireless settings on my laptop and no matter what I tried i could not get it to connect. I called Bill at CSR and he came out and had it fixed in no time. He also worked on my husbands as well and got it going. Great work Bill

Hard Drive repair service was not completed even after a 1680$ payment. Have been awaiting a refund, and return of my property for almost 18 months. CSR refuses to answer my calls or return my emails.

I live alone and have to admit do not understand computers all that well . Bill from CSR computers explains things in a way I uderstand it and takes the time to show me how to perform different tasks on the computer. He is very patient and I can always count on him when I need him. He also has many other clients in my building who say the same . Thank you Bill for always being there for me .

We took our Macbook Pro into CSR and Bill was very helpful. He was quick to diagnose the problem and gave us a very affordable solution when the bigger box store tried to price us out of this world. We took our laptop into CSR Computers and Bill was very thorough in his diagnostic..He made recommendations that did not require us to buy a new computer.. His explanation of how things ran and why they were slow was very simple so that even I could understand it.. We added more ram and removed some programs and its been running fine ever since.. Thanks Bill. I will without a doubt be back and recommend this business to my friends..

I took our laptop to Bill it had been slow and bogging down when trying to open internet pages and documents. His diagnostic was very detailed and he found the root of the problem. Excellent Work

My computer was making an unusual noise when I would first start it up. I wasn't sure where to go with this, being new to Kelowna. I took it in to CSR Computer Services and was very pleased with the service. Bill diagnosed the problem with in minutes, ordered the Power Supply part, and had me up and running in a short time. I couldn't believe the dust, inside. He cleaned all that too, it looks brand new! Bill is fast and efficient. Prices are "very" reasonable.
