Bill of Computer Service and Repair has been scamming me along for 8 months. Couldn't get my computer back till now, returned moneys owed with bad cheque, won't communicate, computer returned with all data erased and though he says he backs everything up and he will find it, a week later, still nothing. Front glass face fell off three times and present computer has it taped on and I'm afraid to take it off! Web page says downtown shop but it's a lie. Don't trust this service.

Thank you to CSR Computers for coming out on such short notice to fix my laptop as I needed it for a project I was working on. Very prompt and affordable.

i was having an issue with the wireless settings on my laptop and no matter what I tried i could not get it to connect. I called Bill at CSR and he came out and had it fixed in no time. He also worked on my husbands as well and got it going. Great work Bill

Hard Drive repair service was not completed even after a 1680$ payment. Have been awaiting a refund, and return of my property for almost 18 months. CSR refuses to answer my calls or return my emails.

I live alone and have to admit do not understand computers all that well . Bill from CSR computers explains things in a way I uderstand it and takes the time to show me how to perform different tasks on the computer. He is very patient and I can always count on him when I need him. He also has many other clients in my building who say the same . Thank you Bill for always being there for me .
