TLL Moving & Storage

Absolutely atrocious. DO NOT HIRE! Stretched out time for a move down the same block into over 5 hours on purpose and over charged us. Damaged our items and our previous apartment that we now also need to pay for. Our movers were unprofessional, and locked their keys in the what appeared to be rented U Haul not once, but twice!! Which ended in two visits from the roadside assistance tow trucks service (added costs). Complete debauchery, chaos, and a nightmare experience all around.

TLL moved our household stuff from Regina, Saskatchewan to Maple Ridge, BC. They brought a U-Haul truck with inadequate capacity to move our stuff. They had unprofessional workers who left the job site in the middle of the work, and they had to go to bring different workers to load our stuff onto the truck. Cancelled last moment!!! Judging by many other reviews, it seems like a standard practice. We confirmed it three times by phone about moving today. We were assured by Thomas, all confirmed. Saturday morning, got a call truck is at maintenance and he is trying to sort it. 10:00 we called to find out what is happening, we got to know truck has some issues and Driver is in Kelowna. He can do moving day after for cheaper price. We had sales possession today so had to move out.

Worst experience ever! I would give zero star is I could. They charged us twice on our credit card and kept telling us they would reimburse us but it took over 40 days to get our money back. We kept calling Thomas and he kept telling us it would be in the next day, and it never did. Same with the 3 boxes they forgot in their truck. It took 43 days to get them and 100 of phone calls... I do not recommend.

I would not recommend TTL Moving and Storage to anyone based on the experience we have had with them. We moved from my grandmothers belongings from Surrey BC to Calgary AB after her sudden passing and it was nothing but headaches after they had come and packed up the truck.
