    Our cat has stayed at Second Home Pet Resort multiple times over the past few years and we have always been very satisfied with the facility and the efficient, caring staff we have interacted with.

    My recent stay at Second Home Pet Resort was just heartbreaking! The staff neglected to give my dog her glandex which is for Anal Gland support she also has pain so she was to be given CBD none given and chi and pumpkin treats to maintain good stools bag still wrapped the same way it left home. What really makes me sad is I thought this was a good kennel? What really makes me mad it there was instructions in suitcase play by play did they not even open it?

    We dropped our pups off while we had a much needed vacation. I’m not a fan of travel, so my dogs have never been kennelled. I was quite nervous to leave them at first, as I wasn’t sure how the dogs would do, but the staff posted pictures that we looked for every day which really helped. The kennels were large and clean, which were great as I have giant breeds. When I picked my dogs up, they were happy, freshly washed, and looked really good. Thank you so much! Lire plus
