Our apology for late response but our school is very busy. We work strictly on "word of mouth" base and are very happy to be of the best service to our returned and happy customers. When a customer pays for a course, that is a fee to attend classes. As in any other school, the customer is the one who has to earn the certificate The customer has to achieve 75% from the driving part and 80% from the theory part. This is something all customers are made aware of when they sign for the classes. If the requirements are not achieved, we suggest a customer to practice more with a family or to take additional lessons, as per their wish. The fact that a customer passed the test does not obligate any driving school, as per Alberta Transportation, to grant the certificate, The school spends at least 10 hours driving with a customer and is well aware of their ability to drive defensively and proactively. Half an hour for the basic test could be just a fraction of the picture of a customer's ability. Some customers take a test several times and learn the route in order to pass the test. Our goal and mission is to have skilled driver and to be ready to say that a customer that just earned a certificate is a safe and responsible driver for herself/himself as well as others in traffic. Our school always issues a receipt to every customer and advise them to claim it as an education expenses. There has never been an exception to this.
