NAPA AUTOPRO - Advantage

Brought my car in for new tires and brakes. Asked the service manger what the policy is if they damage my rims during installation and was told that they don’t work with customers who ask that question. I was put back by the response and asked again what the policy is, she told me I would be better off going somewhere else. Awful customer service and very combative response. Don’t go here and don’t waist your time with companies that operate like this.

This guy painted and repaired my husbands 1967 Charger. Flawless. He also did my old Benz after an accident through our insurance. And also my Jetta tdi, and I won't tell u what I hit:-/ Great solid work. Paid a fair price. Would and have recommended them. Owner is a nice direct guy, building cars since he was a kid apparently. I've seen some wicked cars on their lot lol
