I know this place almost 25 years and never had any problem with them. This is family business. I can tell that Ron, Rob and Ryan are the best mechanics in the city. They are nice, experienced and very honest people. I trust them on 100% because they always do their job perfectly well, on time and for the very reasonable price. Also, when I decided to replace my vehicle they gave me very good advice what vehicle to purchase and what to avoid. I recommend everyone to do the business with B and R.

I would highly recommend Best Choice automotive. David, Josh and the entire team are excellent. Especially Josh who greets me by my name, that is truly personalized customer service! I use to go to Gateway Toyota, I felt like I was being taken advantage of. They recommended that I needed to replace my winter tires because of the tread but in the end, I found out it wasn't necessary. My experience at best choice has been amazing and I trust their professional recommendations.

I went to get my tires changed here earlier and there was a slight miscommunication between me and one of his employees. Regardless, I really appreciated the fact that the owner took complete accountability for the miscommunication , and even when things got heated, he maintained utmost professionalism.
