The receptionists set the tone at this office - friendly and welcoming. Dr. Malhotra and his assistants were friendly, efficient and professional taking the time to explain the procedures and answer questions. My appointments were on time and every effort has been made to follow COVID protocols. My first and second visits to this office were very positive experiences.

Wonderful dentist for children and adults. Dr. Breault takes the time to listen to your concerns. Everyone in the office is wonderful and friendly. You rarely have to wait for your appt to start, which means that they book enough time for each appt. I have seen first hand that they care more about their patients then money. My daughter was terrified of dentists and had panic attacks; now that she sees Dr. Breault she is no longer afraid. I would recommend this office 100%.

What I value most in a Doctor is one that is knowledgeable, experienced, genuine, kind and honest.I have been seeing Dr.Sapijaszko for many years. (>10 yrs.) He is the most caring doctor and an absolute talent in his field. I can see that he strives for excellence in all that he does and in his staff. Dr. Hauptman is a super great doctor. He listens, asks questions, is very knowledgeable and will go the full distance for any patient in need. You can ask him anything and he will be very open and honest with you. He is not an intimidating person and he does not give up easily as he is very well read with all current medical practices. Decided on acupuncture for tendon issues with arthritis in both knees. Im also six years after breast cancer surgery, and have some nerve damage post radiation treatments. Im very glad I went! I have been taking my cats there for years. Dr. Sherry Van Boxtel is the best and she took such wonderful care of my cats and treated them like her own. She is amazing. The rest of the staff are fantastic too. If you need a vet this is the place to go.

I visited a Dr. at the clinic for the first time today.
I cannot believe the level of care and expertise that was exhibited by my physician, I was not rushed along and all of my concerns were heard and addressed. She was truly amazing, its unfortunate that she is only their on a locum, I hope my permanent physician is just as good when she returns from leave.
The clinic seems to be extremely well managed also, wait times were short in comparison. Can not say enough good things about this clinic

I did my EMR course 3 years ago and came back to renew my certificate. After already attending Alfred's class previously, I was looking forward to the renewal. He didn't disappoint with his sense of hummour to keep us engaged. He is also super knowledgeable on all courses and Alberta standards. When you don't understand something he makes sure to explain differently so you can understand. He gives you the time needed to ensure you pass and understand everything. I would like to thank Dr N. Dhaliwal from emergency in helping to find out what was causing my respiratory issues which was the beginning of pneumonia. With the help of the nurses and Respiratory Techs. Dr Dhaliwal was able to put me on the proper medication. I started to notice a difference hours after I took my medication. Thank you for the nurses & Respiratory tech for helping me stay calm as I was going through blood tests, X-rays and CT scans. Thank you to all the Health Professionals.

Some times it is a long wait. However being the patient person that I usually am. That doesn't bother me. My family doctor works out of this clinic and I always try to see. I can make an appointment with her too, but sometimes that is not possible for me. Most times I do. I like my Doctor very much, as she always listens my concerns. As far as the other staff here they are very friendly and efficient too.

My husband was recently taken to the Sturgeon Hospital by ambulance because of a cardiac arrest. His care in Emergency and ICU was excellent. The staff and doctors were kind and helpful, and obviously very skilled in their care of their patients. Thank you so much to everyone.
The following week was spent in a surgical ward. Since it was Christmas, there seemed to be fewer staff on duty but care was adequate, and this would probably happen in any hospital at that time of year.

Patients are his priority - if your appt is behind, it’s because he is working hard to help someone.
