I've been going to these guys for, oh... I'd say over 8 years. They used to be in a small booth in the aisle in the same location, but have a slightly larger space now in a regular unit on the 2nd floor of Pacific Mall.

Great customer services. I went to buy a new phone and they took time to explain me the different options offered. I don’t write reviews but I had to for this place because the service I got was outstanding. The guy working there (Garry) really helped me out. He was surprisingly very patient with me even though I kept asking him to explain stuff and repeat things for me because I have short memory and very little attention span. In the end I walked out with a brand new phone and a better plan. Highly recommend.

Today I just witnessed some of the best customer service that one could ask for at the Bell Canada Store in Midland Ontario. Ms. Jennifer Brown listened to my billing problem and instead of pushing me off and advising me to phone….she took up the task of trying to accommodate me. She patiently waited as a Bell operator handled the billing request …..finally after quite some time of over the phone discussion my bill got paid….I was able to link two properties successfully. Bought phone for my wife & replaced my iPhone Lcd, I searched the best rate on kijiji & google. Found best price in town. Also phones were brand new sealed so it was completely satisfaction for us. Staff helped us to transfer the data for no extra charge & they put tempered glass for us. Defiantly I will go back & will tell my family & friends to buy from them with confidence.

Exceptional service. The individual from Mobi-man came to my house after his normal operating hours just to be helpful. His repair was swift and quality. (My wife had managed to crack the screen on her LG G3.) Coming to see me at my house meant I could be a parent and simultaneously take care of this problem. The price was a bit steep, but I would happily pay it again for the convenience and not having to deal with shady shop owners and unprofessional, untimely responses.
