I recently started an online order to purchase a new washer. I contacted Brandon at the Brockville, Ontario store to change the order from delivery to pick up. Brandon was very knowledgeable and extremely efficient. He made the necessary changes, sent a confirming email, and offered further assistance. I have never had such professional, courteous attention from a company’s customer service representative! I give Brandon five stars and the Brick should give him a promotion and a raise!

Wheel Depot gets 5 stars from me because they met and exceeded my expectations during the busy winter tire season when Costco and Canadian Tire let me down. I'll always to back to the Wheel Depot for tires and rims.

I am selling my house and accidentally broke the front glass on my fireplace while moving furniture. I brought the glass to The Stove Store in spencerville hoping that I could get it repaired. Due to COVID there was going to be over 2 months to get a replacement. The lad at the counter said he could cut a new piece and have the door ready for the next day. They cut the glass and replaced it for half the price of ordering a new glass. Highly recommend stopping here.

We purchased Pale Ale laminate wood flooring for our living room, dining room and hallway, Capri Basalt vinyl tile flooring for our front entrance and an area rug for the living room. Dustin Tellier, Floor Expert was a huge help in picking the right colours and designs for our home. Ian Joly and his crew of installers from Superior Flooring did an excellent job of laying the laminate, vinyl tiles and quarter-round. We couldn't be happier with the final results. Their newish location is spacious, fun-to-browse, with plenty of things to get your inspiring juices flowing. Staff is friendly but not pushy, and there is a flower store attached to the Garden of light--Phulero Dola.. Great place to visit!

My wife and went to the brick looking to purchase a bedroom set as well as a box spring and mattress. The sales lady that served us was Sheela Dabra a very knowledgeable person who knew her products and very willing to answer all our questions. This shopping experience was pleasant and yes we would come back,matter of fact my wife and will also be looking for a dinning set in the near future.
