Recently shopped at this store for some furniture items and happen to meet with sales person Renu there. She was very helpful and had full knowledge about furniture and other items in the store. She has very good communication skills, friendly and she made us feel very special. Took time in understanding our needs and then was very patient while we were making decision She never pushed or rushed us to complete the purchase. THEY WERE SO CHEERFUL,RESPECTIVE THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR A DELIVERY WE HAVE EVER HAD!! THEY HANDLED IT WITH CARE & UNPACKAGING IT & NOTICED A BLACK MARK ON THE SIDE WHICH WAS FROM THE MANUFACTURE, SO THEY TOOK A PICTURE.THE CARBOARD WASNT DAMAGED AS WE ALL CHECKED.SO HOPEFULLY SOON LEONS WILL DECIDE ON HOW THEY WILL FIX THIS MARK!GUYS DID A GREAT JOB, WELL DONE

I'm taking the time to write this because I think excellent service and business practices should be acknowledged. I purchased a mattress on sale at this location and I absolutely cannot fault any aspect of the whole transaction, beginning and ending with the salesperson, Patience. She went out of her way including on her days off to assist us and follow up the purchase, and the whole organization seems to be well-run in terms of how sales are handled and followed up. Very impressed.

Belaty Ltd. was sent to inspect and repair and old fridge and an old washing machine at my mothers home. Under the Enercare appliance protection program. The repair man who attended was Danny. He managed to save two older appliances that did not need replacement quite yet. He was fast and effective. Careful in handling the appliances and made sure to keep the work area clean after he was finished. He answered all my dumb questions. Was on time for both visits. Totally satisfied and impressed.

Leon’s is a great place for quality mattresses. I went here last Tuesday to inquire about a mattress. The place was amazing! I walked around a bit before a sales person came to help me. He seemed knowledgeable, showed me some options in mattresses. I went back on Thursday to place my order and they delivered it the next day. I am very pleased with this purchase and they earned my loyalty and I will definitely shop at this store again.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews! I had a satisfied purchase. I was looking to buy three stools for different purposes in my house. We required a new bedroom suite. We went to Arrow on Kennedy.The sales colleague there, JENNIFER, directed us to the area to browse. She was able to direct us to a suite we might have missed that checked all our boxes. She answered our questions and supplied us with all the info we required.
