On the eve of a snow storm, I was turned away from 3 other tire dealers that took one look at my 20 year old car and said they couldn't help me. They gave me no options and just flatly turned me away.
Fortunately, the guys at OK Tire Pickering took me in and were able to get four new tires on my old beater. I had to wait because they were busy, but they told me that up front and offered coffee, etc.. while i waited.
Now I have two cars in need of tires. I'll be giving these guys my business.

Very professional and a top quality job. I was treated very well and with respect by Shiek and Natalie. Decided to refresh my 13 year old car with some bodywork and a fresh colour of paint. An excellent job with great attention to detail. Sheik’s suggestions were spot on and made the final product look better than I could’ve imagined. Great mechanic. Listens and made sure my vehicle is i good shape. He checked my oil, coolant and pumped my tires without asking him to do so. My infiniti FX45 kept dieing on me and I took it everywhere. The problem still remained. A friend referred Steve to me and I towed my vehicle to Scarborough from Brampton. Steve fixed my vehicle and it is driving so smooth that I feel like its a brand new vehicle now. Steve has become the only mechanic touching my vehicle. Trust me. He is good.

They were very helpful when I called after my car broke down. With Covid tow trucks dont take passengers, Deans offered to pick me up to take me home. Then picked me up when the repair was done. They went so far as to call Nissan and confirm I had all the info I needed to be reimbursed because my vehicle was still under warranty, but I had no way of getting to North Bay or Bracebridge to a Nissan dealership. Highly Deans for auto repair! Amazing people!!!!!

As I had special needs due to piping, tanks, and electrical systems which are located under the RV, I was apprehensive about spraying rust protection to these systems. Krown employees listened to my concerns and after a discussion they applied the rust protection to suit my needs. I was very impressed with their professionalism and customer service. I brought a car into here to deal with a check engine light and I had a minor exhaust leak. The engine light was something I could handle myself, and I declined the repair for the engine code. They didn’t give me a hard time about the code and fixed the exhaust leak. Extremely professional. Would definitely recommend this place.
