I had a great experience with this company. They did an excellent job leveling the floor and the tile-installer, Denis, did a beautiful job with the floor and wall tiles in a large bathroom. His attention to detail was exceptional and he was very patient with me and my questions and with correcting the deficiencies of other trades that made his job more difficult. I'll certainly use them again in the future and recommend them without hesitation.

Nick our salesman was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us pick out the perfect hardwood for our home and lifestyle. The installation crew showed up on time and were very professional. In one day they ripped out all of our carpets and installed our new floors complete with new trim. They did a perfect job, Hardwood Flooring is something you only want to buy once and we are extremely happy we chose The Hardwood Flooring Store for our new hardwood floors, they look fantastic.

I have bought about 6 carpets from this store. The quality and price are the best that I have found. Nice thick pile and gorgeous patterns....classic. I am going again next week to buy another one for my dining room. Dave, the owner is very friendly and helpful. Was always a home depot shopper due to its proximity to my house.one day i decided to go to lowes cz they had a good deal on bbq. The customer service was phenominal. We highly recommend Alexanian on Dundas!!! We had a wonderful experience all the way from selecting our floor, to having it installed. We worked with Matt who was incredibly knowledgeable and found us the perfect modern, yet durable floor for our closed-in porch. He even arranged delivery and installation. The installers were so quick, tidy and polite. They even showed up early and left the job spotless. We couldn't be happier with the finished product! So nice to deal with such a professional bunch!!!
