went there for my mom's bday last week, i would say it was great, mom was so happy about the choice of birth day celebration. our servers were great and polite. never had to ask for anything. food was great as well. will come back for sure Lire plus

I have been to this location before and have always been somewhat satisfied, decent food/service..but today was completely different.The young man working the dinner hour shift named Alex was absolutely incredible....came around and asked if we were all happy with our food, asked everyone, then came over and started CLEANING tables for customers, putting trays in garbage etc.I have NEVER seen that in a fast food joint(young lady helped too!!) Our first visit to Ithaca was wonderful! We’ll be back and are telling everyone who will listen, what a terrific experience we had. All staff are so friendly and gracious that it felt like we were in their home. The meals were beautifully prepared and presented and brought to the table with such a sense of pride and fun.
