Wow! what a great spot on King Street. Owner Tony Loschiavo has done it again. Newly opened Paese on King Street delivers. With a beautiful upscale atmosphere, fun and not pretentious, he is going to give the others on this King St West strip a run! Excellent food, great friendly genuine service. Went for lunch at Sushi Ginza due to the great ratings on here. I am glad I went. The place was not busy at all and my friend and I got a table quickly. I had the sashimi salad lunch special and my friend had the Sushi Roll lunch special. Each special came with tempera chips, 2 pieces of calamari, 2 pieces of salmon type roll, a potato croquette, and fruits. I also ordered the torpedo roll (smoke salmon, tempera shrimp, tataki tuna) which is really delicious name maybe right. The sashimi salad was really yummy. Big portion all around. They don't cheap out on anything. The total was around $34. A pretty good deal for all the food we had. Love this oriental food Lire plus

I've been to Oregano's many times and know the staff quite well. I usually split a pizza to start (margherita) and get an entree, or pasta. I love the veal parmigana. My husband and I went the other night and had an amazing meal, a wonderful bottle of wine recommended by our server that was perfectly paired to our meal. Wether you are grabbing a quick bite before the show, eating a 3 course dinner, or sipping on an espresso on the patio you can't go wrong with this sweet little neighborhood find! Salut! Lire plus

We weren't sure where to have dinner and decided to try this place. It was definitely worth it! When we walked in, we were greeted right away, in Italian and English, which I thought was a nice touch. There was a piano player in the foyer playing nice tunes, I liked that. The server came over right away, very courteous and kind. We were given bread with oil and vinegar to dip, it tasted delicious! Definitely authentically Italian! We then ordered fried calamari to start, definitely a good choice! Nice and crispy! Our pasta came soon after. It was cooked to perfection! The sauce was superb and the pasta's flavours all blended together nicely. I was thoroughly impressed with this restaurant and would definitely visit again. The only thing that wasn't too nice was the price, over $80 for two people, but it was well-worth it. Lire plus

It was a great place before to watch the game and have a bite. Lots of different things to do know. They have Karaoke Friday nights, UFC and live bands Satudays and now even Comedy nights on Sundays no cover and it was great to laugh. Food still great as always. Lire plus
