Contacted this garage in a total panic late on a Saturday afternoon about a problem I was having with rims/tires. The car had been at another garage all morning. They were sympathetic and told me to bring my vehicle by as soon as I could. They totally fixed the problem in just a few hours and at a reasonable price. AMAZING!! I have the highest regard for this gentleman/business. He is definitely a master at his craft. He’s super busy, but worth the wait. When I first arrived in Cobourg, I wanted to make sure my Mother’s Grandfather clock was in good working order. Unfortunately, another “clock man” in Cobourg did more harm than good. On the eve of a snow storm, I was turned away from 3 other tire dealers that took one look at my 20 year old car and said they couldn't help me. They gave me no options and just flatly turned me away.
Fortunately, the guys at OK Tire Pickering took me in and were able to get four new tires on my old beater. I had to wait because they were busy, but they told me that up front and offered coffee, etc.. while i waited.
Now I have two cars in need of tires. I'll be giving these guys my business.
