I would recommend this place to anyone looking for designer sunglasses, frames and contacts. They ordered me my favourite pair of prescription sunglasses since they weren't available in store, which was a huge relief. I also asked many, many questions and they took time to answer them all for me. Good customer service is very hard to find these days, but not at this place.

I discovered this place in the Yellow Pages years ago when trying to find a pair of sunglasses. No one understood what I was looking for until I came here. Issac understood what I was saying when i told him I needed sunglasses to make the world duller not brighter because of my sensitive eyes. He recommended a pair of Maui Jim's with a grey lense vs a bronze lense. They wre perfect. Since then have bough reading glasses for my husband, regular glasses for me -amazing selection and they really know their stuff. Finally went in to buy new contacts and he recommended bi-focal lenses vs regular which I love! I now no longer need to wear reading glasses with my contacts.Highly recommend them.

I had great experience at union optical for 8 years, until this time unfortunately i met Ananda her ATTITUDE WAS VERY BAD.
after giving her my union card to check my balance she took quite some time to return. Upon returning, I kindly ask her are you able to tell me my balance, she Yelled YOU NEED TO WAIT!!! in a very rude tone my wife and myself were very and disgused with her rude behavior, I ask her for my card refusing her service. The owner and wife are a good team who provide congenial, expert and efficient service. The selection of brands are wide, with both value oriented and expensive luxury, such as Cogan. I was happy with the glasses I got there- the owner even made sure to double check the lens and sent back a defective one for a new one without any trouble to me. The location is ideal, near both the North York Centre and Sheppard Stations- and there is even parking in the rear. I would recommend this optical.

This is a great optical store that I happened upon in the Promenade Mall by the T&T Supermarket. I was surprised to see the great selection of eyewear there. I received great service in both my selection process and dispensing!

My wife and I recently purchased new glasses at this location. Felicia who served us and has as well in the past was a pleasure to deal with. She was so knowledgeable, professional and helpful in determining our vision needs and also taking in to consideration different styles, features and the best available pricing promotions.
