Professional environment. Did have to wait to long. Only problem, they should of ask how long or how thick you want your hair braided. Otherwise overall experience was great.

I booked an appointment for a wedding and the stylist was so professional , well prepared and helpful . The owners are very nice and the salon looks very clean , organized and well equipped . I have been coming here for close to 20 years and have seen quite a few management changeovers in that time. Keta is by far the best! She has brought in new services and with it new customers and at the same time ensured that it is very friendly and it is like going to see family. As silly as that sounds it means i really enjoy going. I have also had consistently great service from Keta, Sandra or Dom, often when i walk in without appointment. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Bella Mia was recommended to me by a friend, whose sister-in-law had her hair done there by Armando and spoke very highly of the salon.
I decided to get my hair cut (going from long to quite short) and went in to book an appointment. I was booked in with Harriet for the following Saturday. Harriet didn't want to cut my hair too short, seeing as it was a drastic difference and suggested leaving it a little longer, then if I decided, I could go back and have it shortened.
I did go back, and I have to say for someone who doesn't like going to the hairdresser that I will definitely go back. Harriet did such an amazing job on my hair and I love it more than I thought I ever would. She understood exactly what I wanted with the colour as well as the cut and it turned out perfectly. I am so thrilled to finally have had a positive experience with a hairdresser as well as the salon itself. The staff is courteous and friendly and I will recommend Bella Mia to anyone looking for a new salon.
I thank Bella Mia for doing a wonderful job in their craft and for my awesome new hair!
