Good, honest guy who founded this one. Worked with his wife Isabel for many years, so know them to be good people. I ended up going with another roofer instead back in the 80s & sorely regretted that decision - I got what I paid for & it ended up in court. What a mess. Frank & his team continually provide excellent service but my last visit was extraordinary! The car dealership provided me with the wrong size snow tires for my new car. The time it would have taken to rectify with the dealership & get back to Queens Tire would have taken a while. Instead, Frank put new tires from his own stock on my car. In & out in less than 30 minutes. Unbelievable!!! Would not take my car anywhere else.

The staff at this UPS Store has been wonderful to me, ever since I moved to Guelph 7 years ago. I was taking courses and would rush in to print out my assignments - yes, at the last minute - and they always came through for me. Now that I am trying to write stories, even though I'm not dealing with deadlines, they still help me get my prints in a timely manner.
The owner is thoughtful and courteous but, more importantly, he has a knack for hiring people who also give great customer service.

My 5 star rating is for the food and service. Romero's isn't a fancy place but the food is delicious Authentic Italian made from scratch. Great value for a delicious meal. The service is excellent too. You may need to request your red wine be chilled for a few minutes. It was a warmer than ideal temp.

I recently had lunch (3rd time) at Envers of Morriston, and WOW. What an amazing little secret just south of Guelph. The food was amazing, and watching the Chefs walk out to the garden and get the vegetables and herbs that were going into my food was refreshing. The food was absolutely amazing. Thank you for the amazing food and hospitality.....I will definitely be returning!!

This is such a comfy cozy place, and has free wireless internet access. I come here a lot for coffee, serve myself, stand at the counter to pay, and read the paper while I sit right by the window to drink it.
I ate there once, but I can't remember what I had. It was expensive. I don't think I'd eat there again because nothing on the menu really appealed to me. Even the baked goods look kind of bland and overpriced.
