These guys are amazing- you will feel like you still live in a small town, the way they remember your name and your particular brand of dog food- they even go grab the bag and carry out to your car for you. I called and was looking to purchase a frog for my kid and the cashier Kristal K...was great great help locating one for me in one of the petland stores now thats good customer service from her end but it was really expensive for the frog $$price was double other stores....but Krystals customer service is a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️??

I have taken my puppy to training classes since she was 10 weeks old and Kelcey is AWESOME! I wasn't planning on doing training, but I'm so happy with how Kelcey teaches me and my stubborn/intelligent puppy! I would highly recommend her as a dog trainer! - Also, they have pretty good sales regularly on gear/toys/treats.

Rascals is such a treasure! From the moment you walk in the door you are warmly greeted and made to feel you and your business are very appreciated. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about their products and happy to answer all questions. The store is very well laid out and well stocked and very easy to navigate. I love the bulk treat section which allows me to try many different products in small amounts! The toy section is big fun! My boys love Rascals and so do we!
