Person taking my appointment was friendly and helpful. The service man was on time and very pleasant.
He was honest about my furnace, saying I didn't really need one (I was told by another company that I did) and could fix it at a fraction of the cost. The service was in the evening which they didn't even charge me extra for!
Would recommend this company to anyone who asks.
