Today I just witnessed some of the best customer service that one could ask for at the Bell Canada Store in Midland Ontario. Ms. Jennifer Brown listened to my billing problem and instead of pushing me off and advising me to phone….she took up the task of trying to accommodate me. She patiently waited as a Bell operator handled the billing request …..finally after quite some time of over the phone discussion my bill got paid….I was able to link two properties successfully. I recently had to purchase a new phone and being not tech savvy,this is always a stressful and challenging time

He took the time and was very patient and walked me through the entire process
I was able to pick a phone and plan that best suited my needs

Suddenly, my Samsung A71 wouldn't charge - the type C UFC plug on the Samsung charger wouldn't properly insert all he way or stay inserted. I tried everything.
Then I took it to Fix4Less. He said to come back in 45 minutes, but It was ready in only 30 minutes. That was almost a week ago and it has been fine ever since.

As usual dealing with anything with our cell phones was an annoying and frustrating experience. however, we went into the store and dealt with Akhila and she was amazing! She spent a crazy amount of time with us, made sure we were completely satisfied and also took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us with everything that we could have asked for. While dealing with Rogers is not always pleasant dealing with her at the store was fantastic.

Had good and bad experiences here. When I first bought my iphone the lady that was handling the set up was very unprofessional, and treated the new phone like it was hers, touching and leaning on the box. Went in again today to transfer my moms phone to my old iphone and Andy the associate was very courteous and professional, did everything that had to be done. Thanks Andy

While we were waiting for Telus to open we spotted a young lady in The Tbooth Her name was Madhu Tiwari. After chatting with her for a couple of minutes we knew that's where we'd be buying our phones. We are booth 70 and struggle with some of the technology. Madhu patiently answered our questions and got our new phones up and running. She followed up with a text thanking us for our business and offered help with issues, which we have taken advantage of. Called and Spoke to Ali regarding a broken screen in my Apple 13" Air Laptop. Very friendly on the phone, he had the part to replace the screen and his price was very reasonable compared to several other quotes i had. He was willing to wait and have me bring it over that evening before he left. He estimated the repair to take 2 days. Repair was completed as he said and wanted me to check it over before i paid him.
