I was highly impressed by their excellent customer service, efficient work, and attention to detail. My cottage has large, cathedral-type windows that previously let in a lot of sunlight and UV rays. The quoting individual was the most professional and knowledgeable of all companies who quoted. The installers were artists. (The mitered joints are invisible and they actually used a coping saw to back cut the corners of the trim, resulting in invisible joinery). The inspector visit and the follow-up by the company after the installation has been an unexpected pleasant surprise. We did not choose the lowest bid, nor the highest. We are very pleased with the awesome service provided.

One store checked the warehouse and said there was none available but Heather that works at that store was the only one to call and see when it would be in .She told me and i was able to get before Christmas.Bigger is not always better.

Farid and his dad went far and beyond what was expected from them as they went out to take care of the broken front window of my daughter's student rental. They immediately addressed the situation, taking time from there lunch on a very busy day. They are extremely friendly and helpful - we couldn't have expected more!
