From the first appointment to the end, it was great to deal with Jim. He was very professional and cares about his customers’ needs. What I liked best is during the consultation he explained windows benefits and process of the installation. The prices at Fairview were competitive compared to the other companies that quoted. SIX stars, if I could. My 2007 Lexus RX350 had a gas line leak. After much searching, we discovered that the required part was not available in North America and would have to be imported from Japan. It would take at least 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. I did not know that a Lexus was such a rare car. The manager and his mechanic actually made a part that was better than the original. EXCELLENT work. Thanks guys. Will I have my car repaired there again? ABSOLUTELY.

Great place to shop. We've bought some of our best furniture from them. If they don't have it they can get it. It's nice to go into a place and have someone ask if you need something unlike some others places around where you're looking forever to find help.

I came here about a month ago with a renovation project for my master ensuite. I was greeted by Adam who was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about design and products they carry. Adam made it a breeze, form helping select the vanity to all the accessories we purchased for the bathroom. I was very impressed with the excellent delivery with such a short deadline, I recieved all my products within 10 days. Highly recommend!!!!

I placed an online order and of course ordered the incorrect size of primer. When the owner came to the door with the 1 L can and said you didn’t want this one did you? I felt deflated as I thought he was going to make me purchase that one, he simply said ‘no problem I’ll fix it right now,’ he went inside and came out with the proper one. He charged me the difference and I was on my way. I can tell you I have product sitting in my warehouse that I am not able to return to other big box stores.

I have been dealing with this location Rona for the past 16+ years. I have had a few minor incidence but nothing to worry about( don’t sweat the small stuff). The staff are great to deal with, they spend time to explain the products. Cashiers, stocking, product counter, returns as well as the yard staff are all great.

Last fall we had a glass shower enclosure installed by another company. There were many mistakes made and we were completely dissatisfied. Two other companies refused to fix the problem. We found Continental Mirror and Glass on line and are very happy that we did. They were friendly, helpful, understanding and most importantly they fixed the problem. We only regret that we had not used them in the first place. They will be the only glass company that gets my business in the future.

Just had our garage doors replaced by The Door Dudes and we are very pleased with the results. Not only do the doors look great but the install was done in a timely manner by a very courteous installer and he made sure we were happy with everything before leaving the site. Our old wood doors were hauled away and everything was left perfectly clean.

Took me a long time to find someone to help me with the plumbing products, specifically the inside parts for the toilet that keeps coming out and they gave me the wrong size but the good is that it was easy to exchange and when they saw me a bit upset, the chief plumber came and matched the parts I needed with a big smile even though I acted out...I felt like I need to say a good word about them :)
