Visited Langlois Sound Performance today as I was having issues with MyCar 2 APP. After explaining my issue to Mike he immediately had a technician check it and had the matter resolved in no time by replacing a wire. Now, my APP is working properly to start my car. As usual, I received a pleasant and friendly welcome by Mike and excellent work done by the technician. Please pass on my appreciation. Great job! Never hesitate to deal with Langlois, they are the best in town!

Brought my Car in to have wiring issues fixed from a previous installation from a friend of a door popper that fried my door popper wires, speaker wires and back lights. The guys fixed all my issues and showed me what was wrong the first time and put in more fuses to stop any similar issue happening again.
If you want things done right, take your car here. Pricing was fair and worth the peace of mind.

Excellent service. First iced them @4years ago. I knew nothing about them. Without even asking for my credit card, they offered me a loaner car as repair would take several days.
On my return to them on Wednesday of this week, with a big scratch on my brand new Venue, excellent service. They sympathized with my self caused scratch and offered to drive home. The repair was done as scheduled and once again, they picked me up. It’s definitely a family business. They always made me feel safe.

I visited this location to pick up glasses ordered more than 2 weeks ago. Things had changed since. Not sure where to start, I tried to get to the carts which were behind a line up of patrons pushing carts. Blessed be the bearded patron who yelled at me not to get near him. Poor soul, you must have been very scared but just remember buddy that everybody is scared! Blessed be the lady in the optical department, you were such an angel I was nearly in tears. You made up for him. Thank you.

I buy from Autoshack whenever I need something and their customer service is amazing and their prices are excellent. There is one negative aspect which is UPS delivery. I place an order that was shipped in the same day in 4 packages to arrive 2 days later. One package arrived 3 days later, 2 arrived 3 days later and the 4th package arrived one week later. My experience from start to finish was phenomenal at Jim Keay. I was greeted by a lovely receptionist and introduced to Marc Leyton who was my sales assistant. He helped me find the perfect F-150 for me and I didn't tell him this, but I even paid less than I had budgeted for. I really felt like he was on my side in getting the best price possible from the managers. Thanks for the great service to Marc and the rest of the team at Jim Keay for making the normally stressful process so comfortable.

I have been a client of Paws on Wheels mobile grooming for several years now. I have a 3.5 lb yorkie who I have previously brought to Petsmart and had an awful experience. I switched to Paws on Wheels and have received nothing but excellent service. They provide a unique service that is in your home and comforting, particularly for anxious pets. My dog Lola, who takes a while to warm up to anyone, loves them. They are reasonably priced and very friendly. I would highly recommend them!
