I called on short notice to have 3 grab bars installed in my Mothers bathroom. The person who took my order, Marrita, was very understanding and accommodating. She said she would try to arrange the installation for the following week. The person to whom I spoke about the installation date was also very helpful, and the man who did installation (Wylie) was skillful and friendly. Only 2 bars were needed and Marrita cheerfully and efficiently processed a refund on the phone. Highly recommend them!

I am using this Company again next week for the 2nd trip for my Mom and me from her Long Term Care Home to the hospital because they were VERY KIND and HELPFUL and PROFESSIONAL and COURTEOUS and FRIENDLY. Danny arranged everything and was a very good listener to meet our complicated needs and John the driver was so kind to my Mom. She kept telling John - You are such a good driver! I am so grateful for the wonderful service for my 89 year old Mom in a wheelchair and myself!!

After my wife’s fall and fracture, I went into this marvellous store stressed out about what equipment I needed and where to find it at a reasonable price. They had everything, in stock, for purchase or rent, including things I had not yet discovered I needed. Rollators, commodes, wheel-chairs, grab-bars... in various sizes and prices.
And they understood my situation! I found I could breathe again!
