I needed new mattresses/ cushions for my trailer on short notice. We had started a trailer renovation project that involved having a new 11’ sofa built. United Upholstery was so helpful unlike other places I had talked to. The people are wonderful and welcoming and the quality of their work is exceptional. They went above and beyond to help when I asked for a very short turnaround time. I will never use anywhere else for future projects.

Just had my sectional reupholstered by Royal, upholstery their work was very meticulous and professional, great customer service. Pickup, delivery and work was timely and suited our schedule. A local furniture restorer suggested Acacia to replace the caning on a stool. I emailed Steve, with a photo of the stool, and he telephoned me back with an estimate.
We were travelling to Vancouver on an afternoon ferry, and needed to drop the stool off in the evening. Steve accommodated this, which I really appreciated as we were flying early the next morning.
On our return 12 days later Steve had the stool all done, excellent job with the caning nice and tight. He also had rounded off the edge of the wood under the caning, which was too sharp and probably the reason the old caning failed in the first place.
I would certainly recommend Steve and Acacia.

I have been frequenting this store for a number of years and love the ever changing variety of goods they carry. I like that they use where possible suppliers and supplies that are local or from other parts of Canada. I have a sofa from them which is perfect. I have a chair I purchased from them and they covered for me. Excellent work in matching the upholstery design, making extra cushions. Currently I have on order bookcases and a desk - all will be made locally.

I had Russ build a custom fitted travel cover for my boat and it fits perfect. After a couple trips with the cover on I felt we needed to make a few adjustments, Russ was able to take care of that right away I am very happy with the cover. I've been in many limousines all over BC. This is by far the Best looking limousine. Nice professional female driver drove this HUGE SUV limousine around Nanaimo then off to Victoria.
