These people are angles. After having gone to other car mechanics I ended up at Art's Automotive more then 7 years ago. I just came back from them again and I must tell you how great they were. They are more then good service, they are beyond my expectations and that is why I say they are angels. I feel I can trust Art's Automotive and recommend Art's to anyone.

Exceptional. Focused. Precise. Fair pricing. No small talk. To the point. Find the issue. Correct the issue. The best mechanic I have witnessed in a score or more years. Definitely am extremely satisfied. Victoria is not only a mechanic but a car whisperer. You do not find people with these skills often in any profession. KUDOS. PS The shop is now located in Vancouver just west of Knight St Bridge off Marine Drive. They moved from Burnaby a few weeks ago.

I should have made this review years ago.. I have known Chris for at least 30 years, and when i lived on the mainland, I always had him do any work to my junk vehicles, because with his shop, I always knew it was going to get fixed right the first time. no one is ever told they need something they dont need, his shop is always busy, expect at least a 2 week wait to get your vehicle in, from basic to extensive, it is always worth taking it to Pemberton Automotive.

I have owned a lot of used cars and I've been to a lot of mechanics. It is not often that you find a garage that gives you a feeling of trust and transparency. I felt listened to, respected and they fixed what was needed in a very timely and courteous manner. I will definitely go to Ali's Garage next time I need something fixed again.

Incredible! I have gone to Amir for 20 years and he has always provided great service and quality repairs at a reasonable price. Two or three times he told me a problem was not as bad as I thought and fixed it without a major repair and once directed me to the dealer/manufacturer as I was unaware it was under warranty. This man is so trustworthy!
