Honest, easy to deal with, very practical and reasonable. Will not take your money, if it does not need fixing right now, he is honest and tell you. As a woman this is especially important. I went to Topnotch Auto, for the first time with my 2020 Honda Odyssey. Azhar took time and patience in fixing the airbag issue that I had. This place is really good. My boyfriend told me it is a family run business, they are honest and do not overcharge. Today I had an issue with my vehicle not starting and then it started so I was able to go there and have it checked out. Andrew looked it over and there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. He mentioned maybe the starter could be the issue but its now working. They did not charge me to check the vehicle and took me at the last minute. Thank you Andrew and Jenny. Your Amazing!

Gord is the best tech I have ever met. His commitment to the proper repair and technique is unmatched by any mechanic probably because he is a full on journeyman that has always been able to diagnose and repair anything. Their is no room for screw ups or over billing due to his competency. I am a local shop owner and tech and Gord is a constant supply of technical assistance to us and many other shops that call him for advise. Got a big $ quote somewhere else, call him. My VW Golf would not start, so I had CAA give me a boost but since we are only in Collingwood for 1 more day, I was left to try to figure out what the issue was. I was called Import Auto Center and they were able to squeeze me in. They checked the car out and gave it a clean bill of health, and did not overcharge by replacing the battery or alternator which I was happy with. I appreciated them being able to get me in quickly and provided me with peace of mind. Thanks very much for your help.
