There are so many great things I could say about Rick and his team as he services all 3 of our vehicles. My van is the people mover. 4 teenagers girls to get around to sports and Rick has it running so well and it has over 200 000kms on it. I was so worried when my Dodge Grand Caravan was experiancing transmission issues. Right from the first phone call and talking to Vivian, she explained to me that one of their expert technicians will verify the concerns with my vehicle for free. They then provided me with a couple different options to repair my vehicle. Ultimately we whent with a rebuild for the simple fact that their warranty is good nationwide! When we arrived to pick up the van the owner Raman helped explain the final bill

Great guys. Jason and his brother really know what theyre doing and are extremely helpful. I was able to tell them that I just wanted my car to be fixed so that it was presentable but not a lot of new parts etc. They were more than accommodating.

After a 12 hour night shift and terrible weather, SOS towing was the only tow that was able to get me out of the ditch and on my way home. The driver was incredibly kind and quick not to disrupt traffic. The driver made sure I was safe and warm and ensured my vehicle was safe to drive. I can't thank you enough for your kind service!

First time coming to cardinals today. Omg! The staff super friendly.. the entrance was super clean. They looked over my car updated me right away. Didn't have to wait for my car to be checked and did exhaust repairs didnt do anthing until I confirmed for them to go ahead. Took 1 hour for repairs and there super cheap and affordable. I was expecting 500 dollar qoute nope. It was 267 with tax just shy of 300. By far the best place ever. I will be going here again in the feautre. Highly recommend.

Well, what else can I say about these amazing guys. Needed some pretty major work on our newest old vehicle. These guys have been looking after our vehicles for going on 30 years ... a long, long time anyway. We moved away from Cambridge over 9 years ago and we STILL bring both of our vehicles to Water Street Auto. That's gotta stand for something. However, the backup camera underneath a rear lens was broken and the damage was more extensive than could be visually seen before opening the sides of my auto.
