End of the Roll was able to provide me with a very positive experience. It went very smoothly and their carpet installer, BEN, was extremely professional, showed up when he said he would, was friendly and personable, and very easy to work with. He did an amazing job; the carpet and underlay came in at budget; we will be asking for BEN in the future as he did a fabulous job and even hauled away our old carpet and underlay! Have bought a few bikes here and it is always a great experience as the staff are so nice. the guys at the bike counter are so knowledgable and helpful - one in particular really stands out to me and of course i can't remember his name but he really went out of his way to explain every aspect of my recent purchase - and he wasnt a sales floor guy - he was a bike tech - i really appreciated it. my sister mentioned the same guy when she went in on a different occasion and got the same experience. love happy helpful people!!!

I have been going there for years and have always found all staff professional, friendly and accommodating to my needs. They have a wide variety of frames and accessories to choose from and their goal is definitely customer satisfaction! I visited the flag shop during the world cup to find a Germany flag! They had a wide selection i ended up going home with a few flags included our Canadian Flag. I plan on putting the Canadian Flag in my basement in the man cave. These guys were great, they had the selection and the service!

Yesterday we picked up a fantastic meal, EVERYTHING was HOT and cooked to perfection. This was our first ever meal ordered from any restaurant since the pandemic started...(I usually cook) and I can't thank you enough for the lovely lovely meal. OUTSTANDING! We will be back.

After a poor experience at Leon's we tried The Brick and were greeted by Kimia. It was great not to be followed around like a shadow & although she kept her distance, when we looked up and made eye contact with her she then came to our aid. After providing us with the information we required, she closed the deal - quite a good one too. We were surprised to learn that it was her first week based on the service we received - so check out Kimia at The Brick Deerfoot Meadows.

I had the most amazing service ever and a large box store. There aren't enough character spaces in the small space to tell you how appreciative and grateful I was for the exceptional service at the Chinook store in Calgary - There was a customer service rep that helped me whose name was Paul and another customer service rep who was very helpful who I don't know his name plus the two guys that help me carry and load an awkward huge window .
